Real Style Chunky Greek Salad

Greek salad has become very popular and loved food around the world and can be made in several ways and at the end getting the same great result (& taste!).
Here is a recipe for another kind of Greek Salad and I promise will satisfy anyones appetite. 
Easy to make, colorful, healthy, best choice for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 red, 1 green and 1 orange pepper;
  • 1 celery stalk ;
  • 1 sweet onion;
  • 1 cup goat feta cheese (goat is healthier);
  • 1 cup black olives;
  • salt and cracked peppercorn;
  • 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar (choose organic!) and 2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil.

Instructions: 

  • all 3 peppers chopped in chunks (about 1 inch wide), same with cheese;
  • onion and celery tiny sliced;
  • in a large bowl toss all ingredients, add salt and peppercorn, vinegar and oil at the end.
  • let it stand for about 10 minutes. Enjoy as is or as a side dish with any preferred meat!
