How To Make Your Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

We already know all the great benefits of apple cider vinegar for skin, hair, cleaning products, health, garden, pets and the list can go on and on! 
And because it's apple season why not make your own organic apple cider vinegar. Here is how:

1. 5 organic apples- can use the whole apple or just scraps (cores and peels);
2. 3 tbs. raw sugar;
3. filtered water;
4. a wide-mouth jar and a cheesecloth.

If using whole apples cut them in slices and let to turn brown; same with scraps. Put the apples in the jar, mix with sugar and pour water to cover the apples. 
Cover the jar with a clean cheesecloth and put it in a dark, warm place -like your pantry for 4 to 6 weeks weeks, stirring every few days. 
After 4 weeks you can taste it and if the acidity is to your liking then pour the liquid in a bottle with lid; if not you can leave it for another 2 or 3 more weeks.
The vinegar will be cloudy and with some sediments. If you prefer you can strain it using a paper coffee filter for a clearer vinegar.

Ingredients:

• 1 red, 1 green and 1 orange pepper;
• 1 celery stalk ;
• 1 sweet onion;
• 1 cup goat feta cheese (goat is healthier);
• 1 cup black olives;
• salt and cracked peppercorn;
• 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar (choose organic!) and 2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil.

Instructions: 

• all 3 peppers chopped in chunks (about 1 inch wide), same with cheese;
• onion and celery tiny sliced;
• in a large bowl toss all ingredients, add salt and peppercorn, vinegar and oil at the end.
• let it stand for about 10 minutes. Enjoy as is or as a side dish with any preferred meat!

2 Simple Steps To A Healthy Looking Skin

Keep this mask on your skin for 30 minutes then rinse away with lukewarm water. Discard any remaining mixture as best results are obtained with fresh mixture.
